On this day Sri Lanka became the 95th country to pass over 28000 Covid 19 cases within new 703 coronavirus patients. Meanwhile, the total of active Covid 19 patients has exceeded more than 7,500.
However, 25,000+ covid 19 patients identified from the Divulapitiya and Peliyagoda cluster. Total patients in the hospital have now reached 7,634.
Meanwhile, 344 Covid 19 patients recovered today and a total of 20,804 recovered in Sri Lanka.
Sri Lanka Move up 135 to 95 in World List
Earlier before Sri Lanka, detect the Minuwangoda cluster Sri Lanka was 135 in the world list of coronavirus cases. Sri Lanka identified more than 25,000 covid 19 patients from the Divulapitiya and Peliyagoda clusters within a month.
During these new cases, Sri Lanka moves up to 95 on the list drastically. Therefore, if Sri Lanka identified more than 9,000+ Covid 19 patients in the future, they will be moved up furthermore.
